How do I schedule an appointment?

You can call 949-325-9525 during our business hours to schedule for an appointment. You can also book online at anytime. Once our office accepts your online booking request, you will receive an email confirmation. For same day or urgent appointments, please call our office to schedule.

Do you do house calls?

We do offer concierge treatments in the comfort of your home or office. For concierge details, please call 949-325-9525 or email hello@acureverse.com.

I bought a treatment online. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can call our office or use the self-booking page to schedule an appointment. Our office will reach out to help you using the contact information you provided to schedule an appointment. Please save your order # so we can verify your purchase during checkout.

What are your cash prices?

If you don’t have health insurance or your insurance plan doesn’t cover acupuncture, you would be a self-pay patient.

Do you take health insurance?

The short answer is yes. However, we are out-of-network with all insurances. If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network acupuncture benefits with Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare, we may accept insurance payment directly. For all other insurance providers, we will provide a superbill or bill on your behalf as a courtesy for your reimbursement. We CANNOT accept Medicare and Medi-Cal plans at our office.
